Asked by Larry King whether he has talked to Jay Leno recently, Conan O'Brien immediate replied, "No. ... There's nothing, really, for either of us to talk about."
On 'Larry King Live,' Conan tried to emphasize that he was already over the whole 'Tonight Show' debacle. But it seemed like Conan was "over it" -- but was he over it in a "I don't want to think about it anymore" kind of way, or has he simply made his peace with the whole affair?
Conan said the call with Johnny Carson was an "amazing experience." And he added this: "There are certain things people can't take away from you." Not even NBC officials or Mr. Leno, apparently. "Whatever else has happened, I'll always have that."

In March, Leno admitted that he and O'Brien were both "treated terribly" by NBC. "Conan got screwed. I got screwed. This is TV. The reason show business pays a lot of money is so when you get screwed you've got something left over."
Also, check out our interview with Bill Carter, veteran writer and reporter for The New York Times, who spoke to us about 'The War for Late Night: When Leno Went Early and Television Went Crazy,' which chronicles in unparalleled detail the behind-the-scenes story of one of the biggest -- and ugliest -- fiascos in late night history. He gives readers a unique insider's look at NBC's messy and much-criticized 2009 decision to move Leno to 10PM so that O'Brien could take over 'Tonight.'
